Annual Maintenance Contract Scheme
(Comprehensive Services)
Covers quarterly and breakdown servicing together with repairs, compressor replacement, fan motor, electrical parts, relay, capacitor and gas Guarantee charging during the contract period.
Free breakdown attendance during working hours.
Routine servicing is carried out with nearby breakdown calls.
Free replacement of V-belts.
Free replacement of refrigerant gas and compressor oil due to system defects.
Tax exemption certificates should be provided where applicable.
Labour Maintenance Contract Scheme
(Non Comprehensive Services)
Covers quarterly servicing and breakdown servicing only. Repairs and spare parts are chargeable.
